The purpose of this thesis is to focus on marketing techniques, used by an online pharmacy such as e-shop, that have the ability to turn each visitor into a potential customer. Also, this work attempts to study and highlight all those changes, which have rapidly changed the traditional space of a pharmacy and have contributed to turning it into a remarkable multipurpose space, which can provide quality services to the patient, but also to the rest of the buying public.
Given that today there is intense competition even in the pharmaceutical field, pharmacies should provide high quality health services, serve the needs of even the most demanding buyers, provide the best services from different suppliers, but also be ultimately profitable and mainly evolving.
