Abstract

My dissertation aims to create and present a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) system. This system will be used by Android devices in order to provide the change to stores to be rated by its users. The process for the implementation of the application in Java - Android Studio, its functions, the process of its use and the reasons for which the corresponding procedures, were used will be developed. Statistics from the use of the application as well as its future extensions will be reported. The work will be completed with reference to the sources and bibliography used to implement it.
