The purpose of this research is to examine the views of patients on the environment in which health services are provided, which are part of the general term atmospherics. This environment is examined on the basis of four dimensions: a) location, b) staff and services, c) natural environment, d) other factors, and (e) consideration of whether patient's demographic characteristics affect their views. The survey was conducted using the quantitative method with a questionnaire in a sample of 107 patients in total who visited a dentistry and gynecological medicine centre at the center of Athens. The results indicated that overall the respondents were quite satisfied with the location, the physical environment, the staff and services and other factors. Most of them also stated that they intend to visit this particular clinic again, but also to recommend this practice to others. Finally, it was found that the demographics of the patients affect some of their views.
