In the present work, we will investigate the conflicts that arise in the workplace. Conflicts are inherent in the functioning of the organization and affect the members of the departments either positively or negatively. Many man-hours are wasted every day in order for members to resolve any conflict that arises. Therefore, we consider it necessary to investigate the cause of a conflict, its evolution, and its management.
