Abstract

Crude oil is a primary material, with major impact in global commodity production, and the fluctuation in its prices directly affect the global market. In our analysis, we examined if and in which way,changes in stock returns of Renewable energy and Electromobility sections, can possibly predict changes in oil prices, taking into account market’s effect by including S & P 500 Index in our research. We used 8 year data, with reference to electromobility, due to the relatively recent emergence of this market.
