Abstract
This scientific study aims to analyze how personal incitement/encouragement and presenteism affect the efficiency of both volunteers and employees of Non-Governmental Organization’s, with NGO Praksis as our test subject. Thus, we are looking for the connection of volunteerism and incitement in NGOs.
