Abstract

The purpose of this presentation is to collect the basic provisions related to the management of employee licenses and to link them to the way of monitoring COSMOTE HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT *, through the COSMOTE WORKFLOWS * system, as well as filling in the electronic document contained in the system. It is not a complete inventory of the provisions, but the minimum information one needs to know about the proper administration and monitoring of workers' leave. Also the connection of customer complaints and observations as well as solutions to issues related to the company's services through a system of registration of complaints, observations etc. with a geographical definition. In this case we will analyze system requirements, design with UML as well as provide the functions and requirements of our database and will eventually become a standard implementation with PHP / MYSQL / HTML / CSS / BOOTSTRAP. We will give a description of the technologies to be used in the implementation and will eventually make a standard calculation of time and cost of the project if we had full implementation using project management procedures with MS Project.
