Abstract

This master thesis deals with the analysis, the design and the development of an application that makes use of the rAPIdLINK platform in order to connect with Piraeus Bank. The user of this web application can use his credentials for Piraeus Bank e-banking in order to connect and to have access to his accounts, transactions, cards as long as to details that have to do with the service points of the bank. Furthermore, he can transfer money from his accounts to other accounts no matter the bank. In the meantime we present the evolution of the banking system worldwide. Finally as far as Greece is concerned , we present all the services that each one of the systemic banks offers.
