The financial system is the most dynamic sector in the economy in all countries. The events taking place in this play a crucial role in the development process of a country as well as in the development and stability of its economic environment.
Banking institutions are the "heart" of a country's financial system. They have the capacity to change a country's money supply, to influence purchasing power, and to consolidate the economic process of production, distribution and consumption. Their traditional role is that of an intermediary between savers and borrowers.
They accept deposits from various units and have capital through lending and investment activities to individuals, businesses and governments. They therefore facilitate the flow of goods and services from producers to consumers, as well as the financial activities of the government, thus contributing to the development process of a country.
The aim of this work is to study the prospects of reform and the consequences on the value of financial institutions in our country.
