This thesis analyze the strategy, the structures and the models of business administration, specifically at Telecommunications. In particular, in the first chapter, we will analyze the organization of enterprises. More specifically, we will analyze the organizational structures of 20th century, the principles of effective organization, the functions of business, how the organizational structure of business is, what are the forms of organization and business management, how leadership should be and how it affects to the organization. In the second chapter, we will talk about business strategy, by learning what strategy is, why a business follows strategy, what criteria should companies have to follow a strategy, what are its phases and we will end up with the analysis of hierarchy of strategy. In the third chapter, we will analyze telecommunications in Greece, which are the telecommunications companies at the moment, which company was the winner of telecom market last year and which are the telecommunication business drivers. By discovering these drivers, all telecom companies need to reorganize their strategy by using SWOT and PEST analysis, so we are going to learn SWOT and PEST analysis and we could have the chance to see how they apply to Greek telecom organizations. Finally, we will look at telecom researches, with the help of economic indicators. These researches relate to the value of IT and telecommunications technologies in Greek market, turnover in telephony, employment rates and investments.
