The present study dealt with the comparative analysis of productivity of health public and private sector and it was completed through four chapters where more concretely, the first reported to the historical development of health systems. They were fixed the health systems, the sources of financing of those and the evaluation of sanitary reforms. The second chapter reported the types of sanitary health systems making particular report in the liberal systems, national and mixed. The third chapter analyzed the models of models of health, as Anglo-saxon, continental, Scandinavian and south-european. The work closed with the fourth and last capital which focused in the economic crisis of Greece making report and in the national of health system. It recorded the diachronic development of indicators of country but also the main elements of process of control. The fourth and last chapter compares the state with the private sector of health in Greece. The study was completed with the conclusion.
