A fundamental problem for measuring marketing performance is defining and identifying both the best metrics and best practice. Metrics are parameters or measures of quantitative assessment used for measurement, comparison or to track performance or production. This master's thesis, summarizes all performance indicators, and introducing a performance measurement system for shipping companies for share of hearts, minds and markets.
