This study hopes to draw a properly structured business plan for the operation of a new
Diagnostic Centre, along with its branch.
The Diagnostic Center will have its headquarters in Thessaloniki and is a laboratory
of international standards which will be composed of experienced and qualified staff,
especially in cancer related issues, while our branch will be based in Ptolemaida, a town
known of its high levels of the disease, due to its proximity to lignite plants of DEH.
The main purpose of these two centers will be to offer the highest level of service in
laboratory medical diagnosis and treatment.
