In a world that is constantly changing at a rapid Pace, continuing adult education
contributes to the smooth adaptation of society to these changes. This diploma thesis
is conducted in the field of adult education and explorers the perceptions and needs of
primary education teachers regarding the use of Art in their educational work. The
teacher in order to remain effective in his/her role needs to adapt his/ her teaching
according to the changes that occurred in society, developing his / her abilities and
knowledge and not staying attached to obsolete methods of teaching. New teaching
methods come to the forefront but teachers either don't know how to apply them or
experience difficulties in their practical application. The present thesis explores the
primary school teachers' perceptions of the use of Art in educational practice. After
identifying the perceptions of the teachers, exploring their Knowledge and Skills
regarding the use of Art and identifying their needs through our research, an effort is
made to create a educational blog whose design will be based on the teachers' needs
regarding the use of Art. This educational blog could be used in an educational
program for primary education teachers on the use of Art in their work but could also
be used by the teachers themselves for their personal education and development
