Abstract

Nowadays, the human right in education is particularly important. The European Charter of Fundamental Rights emphasizes the human right in education. It is important that the notion of education in Europe was linked to the task of liberating human from his own responsibility, and to the task of acquiring the necessary knowledge of the possibility of all people being involved in the production of wealth and the enjoyment of the goods produced. The description of the European Union’s relationship with education and the right to education is particularly important because it contributes to access to education, the free education and the freedom to set up educational institutions. It is particularly important to describe the reasons why the European Charter of Fundamental Rights for the European Union is important through the adoption of the Charter as a joint political declaration at the Nice European Council of 7-9 December 2000 and the fact that the European Union Has made a strong commitment to the promotion and defense of human rights, democracy and the rule of law worldwide. Key words are right, education, and the European Charter of Fundamental Rights. The right is the right of the person to have the right to satisfy an interest. Education is an aspect of a multidimensional process of socialization to acquire the necessary behavior for effective participation in society. The European Charter of Fundamental Rights includes the binding rights for the institutions and bodies of the European Union.
