Abstract

The purpose of this work is the longitudinal analysis of the problems of sea transport and infrastructure, with particular emphasis on Greek coastal shipping before and after the economic crisis (2007- 2017) at national and international level. The study will provide an extensive reference to the institutionalized effort both from the side of the state and from the European Union, the regulatory framework and all of them under the auspices of a global market. The emergence of the emerging problems in the coastal sector will take place after the quoting of research data as well as statistical analyzes, published texts and excerpt, with a view to cultivating a more general reflection so as to take provoke the awakening of the directly involved. In addition, the assumption of radical solution, which are independent of the own interests of capitalism and obsolete practices, is attained. On the institutional background, in which individuals and companies of the sector are active, aiming in part in their formation, but generally end up in self – energy. There are also practices that alter and exceed it. Through this diplomatic work, is intended to illuminate all the specific elements of Greek entrepreneurship (flexibility and commerciality) which hitherto hinder development due to their erroneous exploitation, so as to build a new field of entrepreneurship, base on coooperations and common mentality.
