But there is an organized effort in Western societies for possible humanistic treatment of critically ill patients during the final confrontation with effective interventions in both pain and psychological collapse that although with the expected-without hope the end result. Since the father of medicine, Hippocrates, medical thought is strictly oriented in any way attempt to cure the patient and the man at all costs avoid the departure from life, even if they stay in it, because of inefficient treatment, has the result of many pains in a process devoid of any meaning in the end.
