The present work negotiates questions of medical ethics that concern in the assisted insemination. For this reason there is an extensive examination of 2619/1998 law in “Ratification of Convention on the protection of Human Rights and the Dignity of person concerning the beginnings of biology and medicine - Convention on the human Rights and the Biomedicine” and of the 3089/2002 law in “Medical assistance in human reproduction¨. From this study we have reached to the conclusion that, as in all sectors that concern the human beings - persons, the human rights, as these have been enacted by the international conventions, should always constitute a protractor and point of reference. In consequence, in regard to this so much delicate subject, where the human nature and the technology are combined, the questions arising , both moral and legal, are many. For this reason and the legal and jurisdictional frame is explicit to such an extend so that no chance of disregard of the human rights and the dignity of person, if the latter is found in embryonic stage, is possible.
