dc.description.abstractEN	This thesis aims to construct a power plant that will provide the lowest cost of electricity on the small islands. The aim is to provide energy to the local consumers with the lower use of fossil fuels, which increases the production cost due to the cost of transporting fuel to the islands. In this direction, we follow the use of electric hybrid systems which are used in several isolated areas. The proposed investments are separated through the investment cost, into a low-cost investment, which provides energy through the tidal energy system and in case of lack is supplied by the existing power systems. The second investment (high cost) is a green hybrid system that produces energy using only renewable energy sources, will store energy whenever possible in green hydrogen and will use this hydrogen to generate electricity when needed.	el
