dc.description.abstractEN | This diploma thesis explores the market value of real estate in different areas of Athens, as part of the reference to the main innovative trends observed in the real estate sector in the modern era. Initially, a summary of the theoretical approaches to Innovation-Real Estate and their application frameworks is made. Consequently, the factors that affect the innovative applications of Real Estate in Greece as well as the reason for the research are presented. This is done using statistical program named STATA, which implements econometric analysis of primary data related to the market value of property. The linear regression method that is chosen determines the factors that have a high correlation with the market value of the property. Finally, conclusions and suggestions for further investigation are presented. | el |
