The objective of this thesis is to study and research the development of Learning Management System Moodle for teaching subjects with digital comics, targeting educators of all disciplines. At first, the purpose and structure of the thesis are described. Afterwards, a research is carried out with the aim to identify the role of Information and Communications Ttechnology in education and also for the use of digital comics. Additionally, examples and references to the benefits found in the learning process are given. Subsequently, the design and the implementation of pilot e-course with nested activities for the creation of digital comic are executed. In the first place, reports on the development research and case study analysis are conducted and afterwards, two analytical tables and implementation of e-courses are carried out. Also, the existing teaching approach is validated. Finally, instructions for the addition of educational and interactive material are given through illustrations to the educators and the innovation of this online course is justified. Eventually, the heuristic evaluation is employed by educators, with the aim to evaluate this online course and export the relative conclusions. This thesis is concluded with suggestions for further research.
