Εικονικό περιβάλλον μάθησης και εργασίας με την πλατφόρμα Microsoft Office 365
The aim of this study is the cross-examination of the developmental growth of an educational organization via the Virtual Learning Environment offered by Microsoft Office platform 365. Regarding that there are no comprehensive research studies on the field of the VL Office 365 environment investigating the educational and evaluation needs of an educational institution so as to design and implementation successfully, on this study, we introduced Non-linear teaching system development model and Soft Systems Methodology so as to design the developmental perspectives of the VLE taking into consideration school's educational and evaluation needs. Final evaluation was based on data triangulation including a final evaluation questionnaire, semi-structured interviews and observation procedures. The study results indicated that implementation of VL Office 365 environment achieved the key points through gradual changes in school's culture.
