The purpose of this thesis is the examination of TQM in the hotel industry, focusing on study of Costa Navarino destination accordance to the MBNQA business excellence model. Before we cite the results of this essay, is going to be an analysis of the Greek tourism through variety of figures, a strategic approach to the hotel industry and finally a detailed reference in best practices for the implementation of TQM as a reference to this industry. The results which will be presented in the next pages will add a "stone" in so far research of this implementation in the hotel industry. According to the press what makes a tourist destination attractable depends on the impact hotels might have in a specific area. This is a well-known model for the people of Costa Navarino and a bet that the have already earned so far.
