Modern society, which could be described as “information society”, provides opportunities for training and learning, but at the same time requires knowledge and skill usage and utilization of opportunities that Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) offer. Especially the educational must be capable of adequately exploits the ability of new media technologies, in order to optimize learning and educative effects. The awareness of human resources of schools, teachers and students, using new technologies and providing to all the necessary basic knowledge and essential skills, constitutes primary and critical factor for an unfettered access to the Information Society. Teaching of Informatics and new technologies as well as the familiarization of students with the use of electronic and audiovisual and media means should constitute basic educational courses at all educational levels. On this occasion, the idea to create an educational software which can be used as supplementary material for Mathematics of B grade was born. The subject of this assignment is the creation of an educational software, using multimedia development software Adobe Director 11.5, which is based on the Mathematics school book of the B’ class of Elementary schools as described by the analytical curriculum of the Ministry of Education. Finally the software was evaluated from the students and the teachers of the 11th and 12th Elementary School of Tripoli through the completion of appropriate questionnaires.
