In this paper refer to a combination of learning theories of computerization at all levels of education, a reference to the purposes and objectives of each theory, the highlight of representatives and the methods they use. This paper will highlight the importance of teaching information technology in education at all levels accompanied by the appropriate ancillary software, also emphasizing the importance of software as a helpful tool to teach other objects. Moreover, attempts analysis of the event if the ICT (information communication technologies) in educational practice can offer more than the multimedia and educational television, although the use of ICTs create new educational situations and help achieve the learning objectives, and if there is increased efficiency in educational activities leading to new knowledge and linking teaching with experiential learning.
