The Internet is a decentralized system of communication from a distance, a network which includes more networks, that consist of independent computers among which an interactive exchange of data is possible. The possibilities that this new form of communication has to offer to all aspects of social and financial life are now unlimited. Thus, all these new possibilities the Internet offers have led to an ongoing increase of users, which, in combination with the further development of multimedia, have established the Internet as one of the most important means of information and, as a result, an important means of promotion of services and goods.
