Παρακίνηση και κίνητρα στο φαρμακευτικό κλάδο (μελέτη περίπτωσης)

The current bachelor thesis aims to show through the theories of motivation, whether the incentives exist for the employees of pharmaceutical industry and also what is it that they would like to have more in order to be more efficient. The theories developed around motivation are trying to give answers about what makes the individual want to work mores, what determines the employee behavior towards the job and the company that works for and also what are the factors that should be influenced and in which direction in order the employee to be motivated and give more to work. The theoretical part analyzes the theories that have been developed over the time by various scientists who had been performed investigations to those areas. It is now understood that there is no single universal theory that can interpret the individual's behavior in its workplace. The combinations of theories are the ones that may lead us to a better understanding of motivation. For the research part, a questionnaire was created and distributed to pharmaceutical company employees from different kind of positions. The thesis ends with the conclusions.
