The aim of this issue is to examine the phenomenon of abuse of a dominant position. It also analyzes under what conditions the policies applied by businesses are considered abusive and therefore prohibited. The choice of the subject of work was made because of the interest of a dominant company in the market by eliminating any competition. The second part of the work refers to Google. The historical breakthrough from its creation to the present day shows how a vision has become a reality and has changed the data in the field of technology and the internet. On the other hand, through the presentation of the company's strategy and business model, it appears that it has managed to restrict competition and broaden its dominance in this sector.
