The rapid development and use of computers in recent years was expected to affect the field of Education. Although in the beginning the use of computers and the Internet started as somewhat cautious because of the dangers that have been observed, they have now been put to good use in pupils' lives and we would say that the results are encouraging. Of course a computer cannot replace the role of the teacher nor the school, but it can facilitate the instructor and the trainee that the process of learning to can be more effective and perhaps in a more pleasant way. In this paper, we are representing one of the many ways that enable teachers to use the new technologies in order the educational process to become a springboard to the development of the student. This thesis concerns a social educational network using C # in the subject of Biology course of Junior High School based on Bloom classification.
