The olive oil constitutes a traditional agricultural product, as well as one of the main food products. The aim of the research is to investigate consumer demand, with respect to olive oil. Seeks to identify the factors of demand of oil, as well as the conclusions, which will highlight likely problems in this area. The main objective is to record and the perception of consumers in respect of the olive oil, as well as the weaknesses of this, so as to encourage consumption. As shown by the survey, the olive oil industry evolves smoothly to the Greek economy, with an exception of any price increase due to the economic crisis. Generally though all factors demand, act positively and encourage production demand of Greek olive oil quality. The advertising policies were based mainly on the promotion of olive oil for the benefits that it offers to the Agency with its consumption. Greek olive oil consumption, did not change over time, and combined with European policies, for the production and promotion, has demonstrated that these malevolent apobikan effective.
